No team or individual or group shall be permitted to raise funds for purposes or reasons associated with S.M.H.A. without written consent from the Executive.
Each Rep team is permitted one (1) major fundraiser per season.
The manager of a team will be designated as one of the signing agent for monies raised for that team. The Treasurer of the Association will be designated as the other.
All monies collected in a fundraiser will be handed to the Treasurer of the Association. The disbursement of the collected funds to the Rep team will be subject to the approval of the Executive.
